to know about your stay at Leaf Peeper Point.

Leaf Peeper Point is only 4 miles from downtown but the drive takes about 10-15 minutes because of the curvy roads.

Check in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am

It takes our cleaning crew a full 6 hours to clean the cabin for our next guest so if there is another guest who just checked out or is checking in right away we will not be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out; otherwise we will work do our best.

You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date

48 hours before your check in date you will receive an email with directions and check-in instructions which will include a personalized code that will unlock the Schlage Lock on the front door.

We have 3 exterior cameras for your protection.  One on the driveway, one doorbell camera and one “bear cam” which is pointed at the garbage cans outside.

We have never had a bear show up while we or any of our guests are at the cabin.  They only appear when nobody is around and garbage has been left out.  Bears are more afraid of you than you are of them.

There is a welcome guide in the cabin with all of these recommendations but please feel free to reach out to us for any recommendations beforehand.

Sorry, we don’t allow pets in the property so that guests with allergies feel safe staying there.

We don’t allow parties or smoking at the cabin.  It is also very important that if a guest has a fire in the fire pit that they make absolutely certain it is put out before leaving it unattended.
